Overview:

This program is centered around in-depth investigations of target proteins with a strong focus on the molecular framework governing life. The research interest lies in the molecular mechanics that keeps cells running or the mechanisms that are the underlying cause of biological effects. To explore this subject, methods from the areas of biochemistry, bioinformatics, cell biology and/or structural biology are utilized to address the function of proteins.
